Add Scotland’s Architecture to your Home Screen for quick, full-screen access.
On an iPhone or iPad
- Open scotlandsarchitecture.org in Safari.
- Tap the Share button — the square with an upward arrow.
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Turn on Open as Web App, then tap Add.
The Scotland’s Architecture icon will appear on your Home Screen. Opening it from there gives the site its own app window.
Using the app
- New records and improvements appear automatically; there is no separate app update to install.
- Pages you have already visited may remain available when you are offline.
- Maps, live location, external links and pages not previously opened require an internet connection.
Other devices
On supported Android phones and desktop browsers, look in the browser menu or address bar for Install app or Add to Home Screen.
